1st Pop-up Workshop of 2024, "Soul Strings"

Happy New Year, Artists!

The next Pop-up Workshop is on Friday, February 9^th!

I know it has been a couple of months since we painted together. But it’s a new year, so let’s get rocking and make up for lost time!

Mardi Gras parades are going on, and Fat Tuesday is on the 13^th of February. The next day is St. Valentine's Day! On that day, we celebrate the people and fur-babies that we hold dear in our hearts.

In this workshop, you’ll build texture with plaster of Paris, learn sgraffito techniques, and collage with textured fabric. Then apply gold leaf to create “Soul Strings”, a work that represents the connections strung between the hearts and souls of those we love.
